The world of remote support has changed, and not everyone has kept up. At VaVaVoom, we have. We recruit, train, and place professionals who do not just complete tasks but who use intelligent tools, particularly Claude, to produce work at a standard that surprises people.

You will be placed inside a real UK business, working as an integrated part of their team. That might mean managing executive communications as an AI-tuned Executive Assistant, producing content strategies as a Content Writer, keeping the numbers clean as a Bookkeeper, or running campaigns as a Marketing Specialist. What ties every role together is this: the work is meaningful, the tools are modern, and the expectations are high.

This is not a role for someone looking for easy hours. It is a role for someone who is good at what they do, wants to get better, and understands that working intelligently with AI is now part of what being a professional means.

Who We Are Looking For

You are not in between jobs and looking for anything that pays. You are someone who has built real skills, whether in administration, content, bookkeeping, social media, or design, and you want to apply them somewhere that will take you seriously.

You are comfortable being stretched. When a client needs a task completed that you have not done before, your first move is to figure it out, not wait to be told. You take ownership of your work, and you understand that in a client business, your output reflects on you and on VaVaVoom.

You are either already working with AI tools, or you are actively curious about them and willing to learn fast. You do not have to be a developer or a tech specialist. You do have to be someone who sees AI as a capability to develop, not a threat to avoid.

You are available for full-time work, you are based in the Philippines, and you are a Filipino citizen. You are comfortable working to UK business hours and engaging with clients professionally in written and spoken English.

You thrive in environments where you are trusted to manage your own work and where the tools, systems, and expectations are clearly set out. You do not need someone standing over you to stay on track.

The Roles We Place

We recruit across four core areas. Each role is placed inside a UK business where you will work as a named, trusted member of their team.

AI-tuned Executive Assistant
You manage the professional life of a business owner or senior leader, handling communications, scheduling, research, and operational tasks, using AI to do it faster and more thoroughly than anyone expects.

AI-tuned Marketing Specialist
You research, plan, and produce content and campaigns for UK businesses, from social media and email to written content and strategy, working with AI to elevate the quality and speed of your output.

Bookkeeper
You manage the financial records of UK businesses with precision and discretion, using accounting platforms such as Xero and QuickBooks and ensuring that every number is correct before it reaches the client.

AI-tuned Graphic Designer
You produce visual assets for UK businesses, from social media graphics and presentation decks to brand materials, combining your design skills with AI tools to work efficiently without compromising on quality.

Structured training before you are placed.
You will not be sent into a client business unprepared. VaVaVoom provides training through VaVaVoom Assist before placement, covering the tools, standards, and ways of working that the role requires.

We do not leave candidates waiting without communication. Our recruitment process moves through defined stages, and you will always know where you stand and what comes next.

AI capability built into your role from day one.
We do not treat AI as an add-on. Working with Claude and other intelligent tools is part of how we work, and we support every placed professional in developing that capability from the moment they join.

Once you are placed, you are still part of VaVaVoom. Our team is reachable, our standards are clear, and we are invested in your performance because your success is directly tied to ours.

From there, our recruitment team reviews every application, and qualified candidates move through a structured process: an assessment, a written essay, an initial interview, and a final interview.
